Sprint Windlass The most compact vertical windlass on the market today, the Sprint 400 Windlass has a low profile design that leaves the foredeck clear and unobstructed. Developed for maximum efficiency, the spur gear box creates less amperage draw while allowing the use of smaller gauge wine. The 6-pocket rope/chain gypsy handles 1/2" three-strand rope and 1/4" G4 Hi-Test chain. The permanent magnet motor is supplied with protective boot to guard against chain chaffing.
