Machined aluminum Hardkote-anodized races permit Torlon bearings to transition smoothly from the active to return race for smooth trimming or easing. Stainless steel wire guides keep the balls captive when the car is off the track. Pivoting shackle/toggle cars have low pivot points to handle non-vertical loads. Blocks attach directly to the toggle for a low-profile, compact system. The toggle serves as a stand-up for the mainsheet block. Big Boat End Controls allow use of 2:1 to 4:1 purchases. Controls attach to the track, eliminating extra holes. Tough one-piece bases and cam arms are machined from a single piece of aluminum. Ball bearing sheaves allow cars to adjust under load, and release instantly in a gust. High Load Controls are designed for offshore boats with mainsails over 400sq/ft., and allow 2:1 to 6:1 purchases.
