The super low friction helm pump provides smooth comfortable steering. The balanced cylinder features a compact design that easily fits most splashwells 23" or less. BayStar Kits come complete with everything needed for an install. The cylinder utilizes the factory outboard engine supplied drag link for simplified installation.
