The resulting transducer requires no unreliable motors or other moving parts and can be easily mounted in a fixed position in the vessel's hull. No expensive hoists or sea chests are required. The new Color Twinscope is more than just a color LCD version of the popular Twinscope unit. While it retains the important features of the original Twinscope, it offers a new design and many added features that make it even more useful for navigation and fishing.
